TUFF Entertainment has a NO REFUND policy, Refunds can be made on a case to case basis. Reasons for refund are injury or illness to the runner or death in the immediate family. If military a refund may be given due to receiving PCS or Deployment orders that prevent you from being present day of the event. A Refund Return Fee of $25 will also be charged as well as any financial obligations by payment methods financial institute. Unfortunately a mere change of mind does not warrant a refund!
By purchasing and registering for a spot in the EP Z-Day event I agree to sign the waiver of release of liability and abide by the rules outlined by TUFF Entertainment. I also agree that My refusal to sign the release waiver after purchasing a spot in the event will result in the forfeit of my entrance fee and my failure to participate will not result in a refund!
